✨ Thank you for choosing me as your loc stylist! To ensure every client has a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the policies below before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms. • Booking & Card on File • A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies below. • Deposit Policy • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. The deposit goes toward your total service cost and secures your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to one new appointment. If you no-call/no-show, your deposit is forfeited and an additional $25 deposit will be required to book a future appointment. You will also be charged the full amount. • Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total. I understand that emergencies happen — please communicate as soon as possible. • No Call / No Show • Clients who do not show up and do not communicate will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require full prepayment. • Late Policy • Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your service total. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client. Late arrivals are still responsible for the full service amount. •Booking off days/holidays • I do not work on Sunday’s or the holidays. If you’d like to book for either one of those, it’ll be an extra fee of $15 • No Extra Guests • To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. Please plan to attend your appointment alone. There is a waiting room outside of our suite so they are more than welcome to sit out there. • Hair Preparation • Please arrive with clean, product-free hair, unless you have booked a wash service. If hair is excessively dirty or has heavy buildup, a wash fee may be added or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • Arrival Instructions • You may arrive up to 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive early, please have a seat in the waiting area until your scheduled time. When you enter the building, walk straight down and you will see doors labeled Suites 326–330. The first door on the right is my suite. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to ensure services begin promptly. • Payments • Card payments and cash only All services are non-refundable.
